Sponsored Hairstyling Session at Kenjo Salon on 3 Nov 2015

I am indeed lucky to have Kenjo Salon to be my official hair salon sponsor which will take care of my hair needs from now on.

Kenjo Salon is located at 68 Orchard Road, #04-72, Plaza Singapura (New Wing).  I like the fact that it is so conveniently accessible via the Doby Ghaut MRT station where it acts as the interchange for all the MRT lines.  For those who drive, you can either choose to park at Plaza Singapura or The Atrium.  So to visit the salon, it is so easy.

When I stepped into Kenjo salon, I was greeted with a sleek and modern ambience.  The colour theme is mostly creamy white and gives the salon a spacious and comfortable feel.

Kenjo salon houses a team of professional local and Korean stylists with many years of experience under their belts hence I know that my hair is in safe hands.

As I had an important event to attend on 3 November 2015, Kenjo salon assigned Soo Bin, Master Hair Designer, to design a suitable hairstyle.  She is a Korean hairstylist and one of the pioneers in Korean hair Volume Rebonding which was first published in the 2012 edition of Female magazine.  She has worked in Korea and Singapore, accumulating more than 15 years in experience.

Soo Bin discussed with me on what hairstyle I like and the possibility of certain hairstyles before she used her magic hands to create a unique hairstyle for me.

I was impressed by the fact that the salon washed my hair before any hairstyling is done.  Most of the time, the hairstylist would work on creating the hairstyle without any hairwashing done before that.

My hair was dried properly before the hairstyling began.

Kenjo Salon offers a variety of cold and hot drinks for the customers to enjoy while doing their hair services.

I decided to go for mineral water while waiting for Soo Bin.

My hair before any hairstyling began.  Soo Bin and I discussed about some possibilities and we decided that natural is the way to go since it was an afternoon event which i was attending.

Soo Bin was gentle and friendly and we got along very well.

And the hairstyling began...

Make a guess what type of hairstyle Soo Bin gave me?

One side is done so we proceed to the other side.

Time for the curling tong to do its work.

Chatting with Joseph, Founder and Director of Kenjo Salon.  A very friendly and humble gentleman with many years of experience in the hairstyling industry.  I felt very honoured to be able to speak to a great entrepreneur with visions and goals.

Yes... It was almost done.  Guess what type of hairstyle Soo Bin did for me? I loved it so much!

The two of us busy taking photos cos we were so proud of the results.

Tada!  Just look at the detailed hair pleating done by Soo Bin.  OMG... I definitely wouldn't be able to achieve this on my own.

I loved the soft large curls which Soo Bin did at the ends of the hair.  It looked so soft and feminine yet natural too.

Selfie time... Soo Bin is not just talented but she is so photogenic too.

Photo time with Soo Bin and Joseph, the Founder and Director of Kenjo Salon.

I absolutely love the salon's logo which includes a crown design.  I guess it signifies that the salon makes every customer look and feel like a king or queen.  Nice!
