Didn't expect a testimonial after my 2 days workshop.  I had fun facilitating the workshop as our participants are so engaging and participative.  It was all worth it even though I was on the verge of losing my voice on the second day.  Occupational hazard... started training just before my voice recovered completely, which strained my voice further.  No choice, I am a workaholic.
