75CL Launches Singapore’s Largest Wine Tasting Lab

It was a surprise when Nisha from 75CL dropped me an email to invite me over to their state-of-the-art wine tasting lab. This tasting lab features over 56 premium wines, which can be tasted by walk-in-customers on a daily basis.  As I was curious about this wine tasting lab, I accepted her kind invite and dropped on 13 Sept 2016.

When i reached 75CL tasting lab located at 8 Jalan Kilang Barat #01-06, I was amazed by the amount of alcohol stored there for both walk in customers and online customers.

I am in awe by all the alcohol and wines available!

 Out of curiosity, I asked Nisha how she got my contact details.  She told me that she was googling for influencers and bloggers and she said that my blog is popular and has a high readership.  I was scratching my head when I heard that as I started active blogging and social media shoutouts a year plus ago.  Nonetheless, I am grateful to all the love and support by my readers and followers.

Designed to fulfil the customer’s tasting needs, 75CL’s tasting lab provides a platform for customers to taste wines before purchasing them online. Resembling a Western vineyard’s elegant tasting room, it features over 56 international wines for tasting, including labels from France, Italy and Spain. 

From $3 per tasting portion, walk-in-customers can taste premium wines – valued between $80 - $100 per bottle  –  from key regions like Bordeaux, Burgundy and more. Featured Bordeaux wineries include 2^nd Growth Chateau Gruaud-Larose, and 3^rd Growth Chateau Cantenac-Brown, from St-Julien and Margaux respectively.

As customers get a taste of different wine regions from around the world, a 75CL consultant will be on hand to guide them through a casual tasting session. All are welcome here, from the social drinker to the serious wine enthusiast.

75CL’s wine tasting lab was founded with one ambition – to factor in the wine tasting experience; an important component of wine buying. Wine, as we all know, is subjective. A customer has to depend on the recommendations of friends or experts if he wants to buy a wine label which he has never tasted before. As each individual has his own personal taste preferences.
