Personally, I felt that I suffered from oily scalp and my hair especially near the crown has thinned over the years. Hence I visited Topp Care on 9 Mar 2017 to see what kind of scalp treatment I could try to improve on my hair and scalp condition.

Administered by professionally qualified therapists, the steps in each treatment incorporate the use of products made of high quality natural ingredients with properties that promote hair growth and scalp health. “Hair-friendly” Western botanicals like aloe vera, burdock, ginko and thyme form the key composition of the ampoules, masks, shampoos and conditioners.

Selected products can even be purchased for home use as an extension to the treatments to achieve a more holistic result.

Before any treatment is administered, the therapist will do a scalp and hair scan to analyse the current scalp condition.

I was super excited yet nervous to find out my scalp condition. With the detailed analysis, I would be more aware of my scalp condition and use the right type of products to improve it.

The moment of truth had arrived. The therapist analysed my scalp and told me that my scalp was oily and pretty clogged up. Hair growth was poor as well.

Very sad right? Given my scalp condition, I was recommended the Healthy Scalp Treatment. This treatment last for 35 mins and is suitable for all scalp conditions. It helps to prevent hair loss and supports regenerative functions to promote hair growth.

The benefits of this treatment include gentle cleansing, eliminating bacterial and slowing down sebum productions. According to the therapist, visible result can be seen in just one treatment while additional treatments are recommended to attain and maintain a desired healthy scalp.

My favourite part of the whole session was the head massages. It was therapeutic, as the therapist rubbed the serums and tonics into my scalp to let it absorb better.
